SAD NEWS Stars pay tribute after former Big Brother star dies aged 30

London girl is reported to have passed away

Big Brother is now on Channel 5

Big Brother 10 contestant Sophia Brown is reported to have died at the age of 30.

The London bank worker, who was the 2nd contestant to be evicted in 2009, suffered from auto-immune disease Lupus since childhood - though no official cause of death has yet been announced.

'Devastated to hear the news about sophia, such an amazing lady and a pleasure to known her. Cant believe it #RIP,' Tweets glamour model Sophie Reade, 22, who went on to win series 10 of the reality show.

The programme's former host Davina McCall has also paid tribute to Sophia, who was voted off after she clashed with Saffia May Corden.

'Thats really sad. My thoughts r with her family,' Tweets Davina, 44, upon hearing the news.

And Brian Dowling, 33, who's hosted BB since it moved to Channel 5 last year, also paid tribute: 'So sad to hear about the loss of one of the BB family Sophia Brown,thoughts are with her family and friends at this sad time!'
