Alex Reid denies he's split from pregnant fiancee Chantelle Houghton

Alex Reid insists he and Chantelle Houghton are 'very much in love', despite reports of a break-up.

TV star Chantelle, who's 8 months pregnant with Alex's baby, was rumoured to have moved out of their home after telling friends, 'Enough is enough'.

'She is so upset, she won't tell anyone what has happened, all she has said is she can't live with him at the moment and saying he has done something terrible,' a source claimed to MailOnline.

Chantelle was snapped looking miserable as she arrived at the flat she owns in Essex this weekend, where she's said to now be living.

And the Celebrity Big Brother winner Tweeted a cryptic message last week that suggested she was unhappy.

'Karma is a bitch and I'm so glad it is cos people only find out how much of a bitch it is when its too late and they've hurt u,' wrote Chantelle, 28.

But Alex, 36, yesterday released an official statement on his website.

'Alex Reid and Chantelle Houghton are still very much together and very much in love,' reads the statement.

'Reports in the papers that they have split are untrue.

'Alex and Chantelle are looking forward to the birth of their little girl in June.'

Chantelle was reportedly expected to be interviewed on This Morning today, but she didn't appear on the show.
